L&M Party Productions has multiple services we offer in our corporate division.

We understand the importance of corporate functions to help maintain a positive work environment. From customer appreciation events, employee of the month celebrations, retirement parties and more L&M Party Productions can help you to have the best possible time to help workers increase productivity by a happy work environment.


We also understand the need to expand your database of clients by maximizing marketing impact. We'll set up a meeting to go over your services and help you to figure out the best avenue to reach potential clientele. Using our  outside experts we'll advertise, market & promote your event to ensure a quality function everyone will be talking about.

How We Work


Initial Consultation- We will offer you a 1 hr. free consultation to go over what your ideal event looks like and the pre-planning that will be involved in terms of coordinating said event. All decision makers within your corporation should be in attendance at this meeting. We can take a look at any previous events that may have taken place and offer recommendations based on the information you give to us.


Up Until the Day of- After a contract is signed we will meet to go over what needs to be done to prepare an itinerary.  Most of our correlation will be via phone and email. In-person meetings will vary.

Full Service Planning

Full Event Coordination

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Assist with negotiations for contracts and bookings of location, vendors, décor, equipment, etc.

  • Arrange food and beverage

  • Order supplies and audiovisual equipment

  • Ensure appropriate décor

  • Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions

  • Conduct research

  • Make site visits

  • Find resources through local vendors and venues

  • Negotiate Pricing and needs within the proposed budget

  • Create a revised room layouts for each event.

  • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process

  • Serve as liaison with any vendors on all event-related matters.

  • Assist with managing on-site production

  • Set up & cleanup for events

  • Prepare nametags, materials, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.

  • Hire security when need be

  • Close out all events as required

  • Create a budget sheet if warranted

  • Provide client with periodic progress reports

  • Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting

  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling of appointments on a calendar.

  • Prepare and modify event contracts as requested

  • Keeping track of guest list & registration information

  • Create a satisfaction survey for after the event

  • Hire required staff, volunteers, ushers, greeters, security, parking attendants, medical staff, etc.

  • Ensure event runs on time and precisely as planned

Day Of Coordination Responsibilities

  • Day-of Responsibilities

  • Preview event site.

  • Assist in acquiring all liability insurance for all attending participants

  • Direct the event from start to finish

  • Add signage to show parking for the event

  • Create a registration/ check in point

  • Offer a coat check or cell phone check in

  • Serve as the liaison for every vendor, guest and personnel

  • Provide a “bag of goodies” emergency kit; we’re sure to be ready for any situation.

  • Organize and instruct associates accordingly.

  • Assist in parking for assigned personnel who will be delivering to desired location.

  • Make sure set-up/décor will be to the exact specifications of the client(s)

  • Assist with guest management; provide direction to guests regarding reserved, assigned and open seating.

  • Confirm or set-up of small rental equipment.

  • Monitor guest and any raffles/gift tables until a designated attendant arrives. (if applicable)

  • The coordinator will adhere to the schedule as time permits and alert client(s)s of upcoming events so that the client(s) may relax and enjoy the event.

  • Confirm who will be the responsible person for getting any remaining items to client's final destination (if applicable).

  • Ensure event runs smoothly.
